That commercial with the smiling, happy really fat girl dancing and singing, along with all the other fatties and sugar hawkers in this commercial, shilling their praises for some diabetes medicine with side effects, such as, "stroke, kidney failure, loss of blood, eyesight and death in some rare cases".
