So when ESPN/FOX/CBS/Amazon/ABC-Disney go and negotiate the exclusive rights to broadcast or stream the SEC (and the other lesser college conferences) and you cheer "all that money" they're getting, just remember this:
Through the income the broadcasters and streamers get from the companies (like insurance and beverage companies) that buy and pay for advertising, the advertising companies get it from YOU, and everyone else, through higher and higher prices.
Yay, Capitalism, right? Right?
