It's easy because of weak local and state Republicans everywhere.

When young people see something that is normalized in virtually every institution of meaningful size then they grow to believe that it is like that for good reason. If it were flatly rejected in close to half the institutions then they would be more likely to question it.

Every time a Republican caters to DEI board or committee appointment they are helping destroy America.

Every time a Republican caters to a black caucus legislator demanding to know why an institution isn't more diverse, they are further normalizing the rot.

This all starts at the state and local levels. Write your state legislators and let them know to stand up against DEI and to anyone that even shows an interest in hiring or making policy based on race.
