For that test the accuracy threshold was 5 MOA at only 50 yards Most of us are aiming for much better than that as our minimum accuracy threshold. The manufacturers in s tier are 1 MOA or better at 100 yards. These are also the people who will likely purchase a new barrel before shite gets over 2 MOA.

There's a group of folks who use my manufacturer for sniping invasive goats in the Galapagos, from helicopters these dudes just slay, and have 2nd rifles to swap to once they heat up too much.
