Citrus tree ID and help pruning Satsuma

Good afternoon, I'm posting this now with pics to follow. I've got a Satsuma tree with another citrus fruit tree growing out of it.
1. What the hell is growing? Supposedly a pomelo, but the ones I've seen are the size of melons and not yellow. It tastes closer to a lemon. Very tart but with a semi sweet aftertaste.
2. My Satsuma tree is leaning towards the sun (mostly west) since the tree canopy we have blocks the sun from the east.

My guess is its Swingle root stock that the satsuma was grafted on. Swingle has a lemon/grapefruit taste.

That looks/sounds like a Meyer lemon to me. Mine are small this year as well due to the heat.
