Bingo. I was just on a flight Tuesday with a baby that cried for about 45 minutes of a 2-1/2 hour flight. The baby was two rows in front of me and I could barely hear the little thing. Most normal adults bring headphones on a plane and know that you may have a baby on board when you book.

As for this restaurant, the owner did it for the clicks and he/she succeeded. BUT, you better be a damn good restaurant to alienate a huge portion of your potential customer base. I've been around some shitty kids while eating and I've never thought "THAT'S IT, I'M NOT EATING!!"
