Black Lake, Hackberry tips navigating?

Headed down to Hackberry this weekend with the boat, 22ft cc. Going to be staying off Kelso bayou and wanted to fish Black Lake. I've been back there numerous times with a guide, I know he has his tracks, but he always navigates seemingly nonchalantly back there. However, a lot of what you read about the area makes it sound like its a pretty risky place as far as underwater obstructions go. Any issues going through the blowouts via the paths in the image below? Looks like the far west blowout was rock as recent as 5ish years ago. Anything else to watch out for? Image linked instead of posted bc its large. fatbatmantd at gmail if you prefer.

Per the image..the top green line path beginning at the salt ditch heading West would be entering and crossing privately owned area.

what part is public, the area east of the far west levy and above the wooden structure to the south?

You can access Black lake via the South green line heading West without issue

Palermo from ditch to lake and Marcantel west of blowouts. Tickets given to each person in the boat. There have been very few birds picking and even fewer trout under those that have been. 3 weeks behind normal for October trout.
