1) the original 4-andro was a 1 step conversion not a 3 or 4 step like the products are now. OG 4-andro could get you to the same test levels as taking shots of test. plenty of people were getting bloodwork with 5-6k total test levels. Unfortunate it got banned as it worked well as a oral test, really well

2) the second product he supposedly used was 1-andro. 1-andro was a single cleave conversion to 1-Testosterone or DHB. its an awesome steroid that causes lots of PIP after injection and is notorious for that. Designer supplements was making it as injectable at the time and many were having better gains from the 1-andro as it had intrinsic activity on its own. The 1-andro on the market today are 4 steps.

Pat has talked about it quite a bit before covid made him become a fricking lunatic.


the pro hormones back then were not really prohormones and were more just steroids that were never made commercially available so they were not on the OG 1992 ban list. Superdrol or methylated masteron is one of the strongest steroids every created...perfectly legal until like 2009 to buy on the shelf. Same with methylated 1-test (m1t).

the prohormones that were out were 1 step conversions that were easily converted or were used in a transdermal. guys got awesome results and Pat was the best at creating these products


now....shite today are totally different. but many of the sarms like lgd and rad140 are very strong but also not nearly as safe as something like injectable test.

now as far as mark goes, mark was taking steroids back in the 80s, even as far back as his USC days once he became a full time hitter/position player. Once he got to oakland he was being supplied by Jose.

did he take 4-andro...prolly in between cycles. prolly the same with 1-andro. but i dont believe that he built his size with them. plenty of others did, but he didnt.
