To be fair, each quarter is the equivalent in weight to a six inch Italian hoagie. Central does not skimp on quality either. Although it is hard not to eat an entire Central Grocery sandwich in one sitting, it should probably feed four.

Mo’s in Westwego has the best hot muffuletta, IMO.
