Does Israel have anything to lose by striking a hospital and causing a mass casualty event of innocents? They do. So why would they do it? They wouldn’t.
Does Hamas have anything to gain from claiming an Israeli strike on a hospital and causing a mass casualty event of innocents? They do. So why would they do it? Because this is how the game is played on their side of things.
Hamas is evil. Nothing is beneath them… especially so when it involves Israel.

I've heard pro Israeli people justify bombing schools and hospitals in the past. They simply say that Palestine is hiding weapons and terrorists there.
