are these specific to O&G or "general use" that happens to be used by O&G?
Would the eminent domain used for O&G pipelines also be used for power transmission lines and cables? May not be a good example as I have no expertise in this...

It’s a subsidy. And an incalculable one. People screaming end subsidization of EVs while driving DOE funded Ecoboosts around.
