Easy, Hamas names the hospital "Baptist" so they can hide their rockets inside and not get attacked easily by pretending to be Christians. Hamas (Islam) is in a holy war against the Jews. This has nothing to do with Christianity. Also, it is likely Hamas misfired and destroyed the hospital and not Israel. Which is likely the case.
