no, I would say it does NOT prove Hamas did it
There should be identifiable evidence on the ground at that hospital
"sounds like a JDAM" on video would prove Israeli or USA
There should be plenty of evidence at the site available

I'm no military expert, but I can tie my own shoe and the video looked exactly like a missile misfired and it was coming from the direction of Gaza.

Just look at the videos and pics from today of the hospital. It is extremely obvious that there is NO WAY possible 500 people died or were even wounded. The damage was contained to the parking lot where is looks like a fire consumed some cars and there was minimal to no damage to surrounding buildings. After seeing that you know that the whole story is bullshite and that is was more than likely a fragment from an errant missile fired locally that caused it and they exaggerated it 1000X
