Okuma ITX are great reels for that price and not as bulky/heavy as the BG

I have the Inspira in my Amazon cart as an option for my son. I’ll check out the ITX as well.

Okuma's are excellent reels in my experience, they are not as popular in this part of the country. I bought a Coronada Bait Feeder for surf fishing over a decade ago and it is still going strong. I rinse it with fresh water and spray it with reel magic at the end of every trip, nothing more.
