Some good advice in this thread.


This was my mom's daily driver in the 80's, Original matching #'s '64 SS 327 4speed manual. All the kids at school would make fun of me when she dropped me off, they call it "The Big Banana". They and I were too young to appreciate the coolness of the car.

The '68 Charger was also ours, Original Matching #'s R/T 440ci 6 Pack with pistol grip 4speed manual. My older brother stole it out the garage one night, raced it and drove it 50yrds in the marsh, luckily no water inside the car/hydrolock. When my dad got it home he popped the hood and there was a water lilie on top of the breather.
