Our defense plays one good game against probably the worst offense in the SEC and fans start losing their minds.

If you really and truly think Bama won't light up our D and Saban's staff won't come up with a better gameplan to face Daniels then you have lost it.

Could LSU beat Bama? Of course.

Will they? That will be up to Matt House. Based on recent history, I have ZERO faith in House.

Milroe's deep throws with our secondary play is a problem along with our guys leaving their rush lanes if he takes off. However, their O-line is fat and slow and I noticed our D-line getting a much better push last night and Perkins was all over the place with how we were using him, so we should be able to put pressure on him and get some sacks just like Arkansas did all game.

As for Saban's plan against Daniels, I'm sure he had what he thought was a good plan against him last year too until the game started.

Milroe will burn us some, but we just need to minimize the completed long passes so that he doesn't have more than a few of those. Being close enough to interfere in coverage if necessary would help.

What the hell does me talking about Bama's defense have to do with their offense vs LSU?

You seem to not understand the real underlying strentgh of LSU's offense. There is no weakness. Not at OL, not at RB, not at WR or TE and DEFINETLY not at QB. The fact of the matter is because of the players LSU has, and their experience and ability, you can do whatever you want and take whatever the defense gives you. Why in the HELL do you think Lacy had over 100 yards last night and Thomas only had two? Why in the hell didn't you see Daniels hit that deep pass to Lacy because Williams made a great block? They ran the RPO with Taylor as the quick receiving option the last several games. Who actually ended up being wide open as the receiving option when we ran it this game? Was that not John freaking Emery? Have you seen our players in the open field? All elite yac monsters. The RB is a bully and a blocker.

Why don't you compare what LSU has done to every defense Alabama has also played?

Alabama's defense, when they played a legit offense with legit talent, they lost.

You can't scheme around a QB who throws perfect passes and can read any defense, and runs like lightning. You can't scheme around 4 great receiving options. You can't scheme around a top tier offensive line. You can't scheme around great RBs who also catch and block extremely well. We have literally everything for every situation, and an OC and QB who takes what the defense gives them.

Like I said a couple days ago about Auburn, I'll be impressed if Bama can hold LSU under 40 points.
