I agree with this.
By law of numbers alone, eventually a "Jim Thorpe" of female athletes will come along once in a while that could hang with the guys for a bit. The norm, however, is quite contrary. When that physical specimen of a woman does come along and decide she wants to try and guard Lebron on the court or defend against WRs in the League, let her try and work her way up to that, and if she succeeds then good on her. Just don't let her try to pretend to be a man while doing it.

She sort of did. Annika Sorenstam, maybe the greatest female golfer of her generation, played in a PGA event, didn't make the cut, and said she'd never do it again because she wanted to win. She knew she was in over her head.
