Quit bitching. Spending 60% of your gross income on a starter home in a decaying suburban hellscape is awesome and you are lucky. In my day we had to walk through 5 feet of snow and had 10% interest rates and we made 4.25 an hour and had to wake up a half hour before we went to bed to make it to work. You are so soft.
