We’re going with pork steaks, smoked Chuck roast for birria tacos, sausage (of course), and chicken wings.

Have a receiver BBQ pit from Gator Pit. Boudin, fresh pork sausage, jambalaya, pork tenderloin, and thinly sliced rib eyes that take a minute on each side to cook.

Full bar with bourbon, rum, vodka, Jack Daniels and beer.
