I agree last year sucked. The roster was pathetic. Are you judging his coaching based on the performance of that team with that talent? Why are you so sure he can’t improve with a better roster?

Dude had a top 15 recruiting class and had transfers who had solid amounts of PT the year before. McMild is just another mid major coach that ain’t cut out for the big boy league
