Tits on a boar hog for a decade SPR? How do you get that oil from those sites to refineries around the USA? No crude oil pipelines lead inland from them. Heck none lead to Corpus Christi or West Texas even. None lead to OK, AR, NE LA, Pascagoula, are anywhere north.
