Probably not as heavy as you think
Agreed...so many in those states believe it is unnecessary to vote because, in the end, the Dems will win. So, they just stay at home. However, this is likely going to be the kind of year where they believe showing up will be both necessary and beneficial. With the popular vote winner-take-all going on in so many states, the GOP needs to spend money in EVERY state.

Those states need to add 65 electoral votes before that goes into effect.
