I’m not aware of any nation other than SA which gave up their own domestic nuclear weapons program. Some of the Soviet republics transferred weapons to Russia after the USSR collapsed, but those weapons were part of the Soviet program, not homegrown Ukrainian or Kazakh, etc.

They worked jointly with Israel on the program. I don't know what the official paperwork looks like, but I always assumed they turned everything over to Israel.
