You can't make a rule against faking injury. There would be literally no fair way to enforce it. Just do what happens when a helmet comes off during a play if a player goes down: remove them from the contest for a set number of plays to allow time for an evaluation by trainers and team doctors. If having one of your starters sit for 4-5 plays is worth the fake then that's on the coaches.
