You definitely need to have full hookups (water, electrical, dumping of grey water and black water at each lot).

With the layout of the land it’s not really possible. Like someone said.- one dump station May suffice.
Of course each will have water and power.
Not wanting to concrete it all up either. Keeping it natural as much as I can.

I'm about to leave for Road Atlanta (car race)... I'll be there from Tuesday to Sunday with no sewer or water. They do have a chit and water truck that will service you but I can make it the whole time. I probably do more dry camping than sites with hookups. BTW, most LA state campgrounds I've been to don't have sewer. When I had a travel trailer we had one of those pull carts to empty the grey & black tanks.
