Most don't understand what's about to happen here. There is going to be a major crash very soon and nothing is going to stop it, this is an indicator of it.
The cost to get timber to the mill, make into lumber, ship it to lumber yards and selling it to consumers have not gone down, but the demand is falling off a cliff. Something has to give.
