There was a mother with three cubs that we saw a bunch of times in the spring and a few other randoms that show up on the Ring cameras we keep at the place.

Yeah, it’s kind of crazy that I’ve never seen one locally, as much time as I’ve spent in Pisgah/Smokies.

Raccoons can open gates and carabineer clips. Sometimes it almost seems like bears follow them around to see what they're going to get into.
