I got some Soundgear molded ear plugs about 2 years ago. Primarily for duck hunting but they work just as well deer hunting and shooting clays. They amplify noise but shut off with anything over 75 db. Thy are digital and custom molded which makes them pretty comfortable to wear for hours on end. Downside is they weren't cheap but they work and I can actually hear stuff in the blind.
