That describes her quite well. It’s obvious this thing will never be a productive member of society. Thus, society is left with three choices:

1. Allow it to remain in society as a parasitic criminal.

2. Warehouse it in a prison for the rest of its life, still a parasite, but at least no longer able to prey on society.

3. Put it down.
