I think he finally opened his eyes when they changed rules for partitioning of delegate votes and I think what really pushed him over the edge was when the DNC said he and the others not named Biden would need to start paying for primaries because, as far as they were concerned, they already had their candidate. There was no way for him to say things were anywhere close to level and fair.
