This is the one of the wrost teams since the dark days of Curly Hallman. I mean, they are just plain bad, in every area. Any one who can't see this doesn't know football are is just sticking his head in the sand.

Lou Tepper's defense was even better than this.

I have some real concerns that this team can win 7 games next year.

My biggest concern however, is that Miles will make minimum changes to his staff.

I am also concerned that we are loosing out on "players of the decade" at their respective positions in the state of LA. There is probably less than a 50% chance that Randall will sign with LSU. Picture LSU with McKnight and Randall and without. It's like knight and day.

It will be very difficult to continue to loose guys like this and compete for championships.

Miles has already been told the DCs have to go, or he will not last long.

Forget the DC's....Les Miles should have never been hired! Saban recommended Houston Nutt and the legendary idiot Skip Bertman did not listen. Bertman screwed this program up and then bailed. Last years national championship should be listed under Saban's resume. You can blame the DC's all you want but Miles put them there and chose to leave them in that position. Miles should go....

But at least facility wise the program is in great shape which will prevent any serious drop off - not to mention 4 gimme wins every year in non conf

So if Bama wins the BCS Championship, Shula gets the BCSNC on his resume?

Do you honestly believe that Saban wanted someone to come in and win more games at LSU than he did? I like Houston Nutt, but he was not the best coach for the job in 2004. I think the jury is still out on Les Miles.

ur prolly one of the guys last, that was saying les is the best coach. he made some big mistakes last off season. give one more year before you say he should be gone. i dont know why anyone thought we would have a steller d this season. 3 all americans gone and we are supposed to pick up where we left off. the corners killed us this year, which we lost both of out corners that had started for 2 years. lost 2 good linebackers, and were replaced with less than average ones. lost our big man up front, and a outstanding safety. i know that everyone is upset right now but seriously the sky isnt falling. we will be back

Wake up. Do you really believe that LSU's worse three teams would take the number one team in the country to overtime and really have had a legitimate shot at winning in regulation?

Skip knew hiring HN would have gone over like a brick. THe fans would have revolted. It seems humorous that fans are now Monday morning quarterbacking about hiring Miles over Nutt.

Worst team? I don't think so.

Dinardo had a couple of miserable years there in years 4 and 5.

Let's not lose total perspective.

OK, I'm all for fair criticism, but let's get real here. This is not a Curley Ha**man LSU team by any stretch. Curley couldn't get a winning record. They were dark days beyond measure.
