That Duke coach is going to be that dude someday. Won’t be surprised to see the stunner that ESPN will make it out to be when they upset ND coming off a letdown game. Duke coming off a bye and that coach has those guys playing well opportunistic and disciplined

quote:A lot of this is very subjective 4 games in. Penn St has not played 1 good offense. They have played 3 FBS/power 5 games, and only once did any of those teams score more than 24 points in ANY of their other 3 games. Michigan has played dirt as competition, UGA has played one good offense, and had that team had a good OL, they would have been in a dog fight til the end instead of being down at half time. Oklahoma has played nobody. Sure you can say something about Cincinnati, but Cincinnati's numbers are inflated by who they've played.

LSU has played 3 teams that have scored at least 30+ points in 3 of 4 games they've played. Most of the other teams that you've just mentioned above have played teams that have scored less than 24 points in a game BEFORE that team played them.
LSU has lapses in judgements on coverage (i blame players from not just doing their jobs and letting others do their own jobs too), and Maason Smith not being "that guy", but I believe we can and will get better.

Oddly enough in 2020 we finished 72nd at 60.9%
The last two games we got like 9 turnovers so that probably helped a bit

I can’t remember an LSU defense being this horrible.
The LSU Class of 1993 watched 4 straight years of defenses worse than this one.
