I'm the same way with a late night sweet tooth. The last few weeks I have made it a priority to get at least 200g of protein/day and that has definitely helped since I feel more full. A lot of nights I have to eat a protein bar to get my final 20 grams in and it's a lot easier to say no to the sweet stuff.
