I think we've all been in your shoes, to varying degrees. It's part of the human condition. As others have said, try to envision how you want your life to look.
What are your dreams? Your ultimate goals? What will make you feel like you are winning at life? Will make you content?
Write these things down. Now your only job is to make small, actionable steps towards your goals. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Only try to be better tomorrow than you were yesterday, even it's just a baby step.
You know how you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!
Continue to pray without ceasing and lean on HIM! Give your worries and anxieties to God. I mean really allow yourself to be unburdened. Good luck to you, and I hope the OT has provided a spark of hope!
