Maybe, but one thing is for sure: You ain't going to do a thing about it. 
As short staffed as healthcare is these days, you should be fricking grateful you get any help at all.

We don't seem to have that problem around here. You must be in a hick area or ghetto where no one wants to lives.
Your employer is probably a pretty low rated place. Staffed full of Meharry Medical College grads.
