Why isn't the LA. National Guard helping Texas?

Other states, even as far as North Dakota, have sent factions of their National Guard to assist Texas in the chaos at the southern border.
Why haven't we sent troops to assist, since we're most likely getting a lion's share of the illegal bastards, too?
Is it because of Honor Code's loyalty to his party?
I bet Jeff Landry would send 'em to help!

Louisiana has and continues to support. Look up Operation Lone Star. They’ve been helping since 2018.

The Fat Cats in Louisiana government want to hire cheap labor for their yard work, housecleaning, cooking, etc. This is my guess as to why the Louisiana National Guard isn’t helping Texas.

Jon Biden Edwards is bussing and flying them illegals in as fast as he can. Why would he want to stop them at the border? The cartels are making more money off of human trafficking than drug trafficking.
