What if my throat is dry from talking to patients and offices all day? Can I have a second bottle please, suh can I have some more??
The only way to get water is in the cafe? No coolers, fountains? No ice/water machine for the patients? Every time a patient needs water they go to the cafe?
Who is taking care of your patients while you’re gone?
What is your job?

They take care of themselves.
Because.

Office/ consult/ outpatient/ interviews covering medical issues/history. Some interviews are phone assessments.
People I see face to face are appointments.
Telling me I can’t get a water or a coffee is like telling a barber he can’t walk next door for a cup of coffee while he waits for the next guy.
My bedside critical care days are over. You guys act like I am leaving “major room” patients in the ER. Not realizing that doing that was even easier. Nod to the charge nurse and say “coffee”. That was fine. The employee coffee pot was almost as far of a walk as the little in hospital cafe I am talking about.
