Going rate for out of pocket here seems to be $3200 for 4 months of prescription, needles and alcohol wipes, monthly Dr visits and weekly injections if you want them to do it instead of you.

This is 2nd hand info on my end but that number is pretty consistent from multiple people. There are 3 - 4 Dr owned weight loss clinics that they all go to so they are probably keeping the price point held there for now at least. The $3200 is paid up front and no further money is paid for supplies or Dr visits. It’s a good price point for this area.
