Why do you think Waguespack's response is any different from Landry? They sound exactly the same.

QUESTION: As Governor, to protect our shorelines and the fish and wildlife that live there, will you support a minimum one-mile menhaden harvest buffer zone off Louisiana’s coast?

I think when read with the question, those answers sound pretty different. Waguespack said yes. Landry did not.

It's 1/4 mile now I'm pretty sure and they don't enforce it. I'm pretty sure making it 1 mile won't do shite. You can go kn Marine Finder and see thier boats right off of Fourchon Beach.
