Sounds about right! I've always believed that the attractiveness of coeds is directly related to the academic criteria needed to get into that school. ASU is a great example of this. Not sure about currently but it used to be if you can fog a mirror you can get admitted to Indiana and MSU.

All the SoCal girls go down south to the Zona schools once USC decided it wanted to be Stanford 20 years ago.
Now it's even more apparent...look at the stands of USC football games. Student body reflects a school impossible to get into for the old SoCal party girl crowd...sorry Lori Loughlin.
