When I get some down time I like welding up something I need, new shop table, hand tool organizers, pipe gates etc. Guess my hobby is more work but thats how I roll.

That’s something I’m getting set up for. I have three oxygen and three acetylene bottles. Two sets of gauges. Hoses and about three drag up bags of welder hand tools. All I need is a welding machine. I’ve never welded with wire, just stick. Need to build about 300’ of fence using tubing for post , angle iron and sheet metal. 10’ feet high.
Someone stole my old Lincoln cracker box.

i finally realized that i have spent more time working ON the shop than working IN the shops. i bought a mig welder a few years back and now all my equipment needs welded bases with castors. working in/on the shop is my happy place and retirement projects are stacking up to be ready for the day
