I've done a few property claims in my day, and this is by far the closest so 100% that I've ever seen. It's usually significantly less.

Also, you can't ultimately fight anything. The insurance companies all use a program that does the calculations and provides the numbers. Even if you were to sue and go to trial, the courts pretty much always side with that program. And the insurance companies will not settle or negotiate, as not to affect the larger market.
