I think Neighborhoods, California and Nine all had their high points, but all three of those releases felt very empty at parts and just kinda discombobulated if that makes sense.
This new record though shows a type of cohesion from blink that I had given up on since their first break up. It almost feels like a concept album the way the songs are laid out.
