Well, that's definitely a POV. Reality is Trump advocated for more spending and additional stimulus. Mitch McConnell was the road block to his agenda.

Trump has bloody hands, so did our democrat led congress, they all did. Anyone that was pro shutdowns did. It’s not Monday morning quarterback either, people screamed from the rooftops not to have shutdowns, they weren’t listened to. When it comes to it, due to shutdowns, there was an insane amount of money spent from government. Plus just all the restrictions that hurt much of the workforce
