Mob, the state brings in 2 or 3 "experts" that say there is man made climate damage from these companies. The defense brings two or three experts in to say the opposite and then a jury determines.

How do you think that goes in California. Look at every one of these lawsuits including tobacco, breast implants, round up...

It is all the same crazy plaintive experts make outlandish statements to get to a jury and then the jury awards billions.

Dow had to file for bankruptcy protection on all the vertex against them and it came out years later that the plaintive scientist experts were all wrong but that does not matter.
