Look at the difference between UPS and Fedex employees. Same business, but one is getting shite on by big corporation.

UPS drivers make $100,000+ a year when topped out (and it only takes 4 years) with free health, eye and dental insurance. Part timers also get these same full time benefits.

Fedex drivers make significantly less and have to pay for their insurance or they have no insurance at all. Part timers have no benefits.

A good Union works. And for whatever reason some people can't stand this. You think UPS would be giving these people free health care and high pay if there was no union?
