Was thinking the same @ preservation of those ballots. Does that also refer to ballot image scans?

Wow a real deterrent there. You can literally change the trajectory of your state for a 1K fine

Good thing the lawsuit was filed in December of 2020, then.
"Originally filed in December of 2020, the lawsuit filed by Favorito..."
Surely they wouldn't destroy ballots when there are lawsuits against them, right?
