I’m a kid of the 70’s so these aren’t in any particular order
1.Scooby Doo where are You
2. Super Friends
3. Johnny Quest
4. Space Ghost
5. Herculoids
6. Land of the Lost
7. Star Trek the Animated Series
8. Tarzan Lord of the Jungle
9. Shazam / Isis Hour
10. Jason of Star Command / Space Academy
11. Ark II
12. Return to the Planet of the Apes
13. Hong Kong Phooey
14. Josie and the Pussy Cats
15. Jabber Jaws
16. The New Adventures of Batman
17. Flintstones
18. Jetsons
19. Fantastic Four
20. Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends
21. School House Rock
22. Grape Ape
23. Speed Buggy
24. Captain Caveman
25. Bugs Bunny
26. Groovie Goulies
27. Valley of the Dinosaurs
28. Danger Island
29. Laff-A-Lympics
30. Yogi’s Space Race
31. Flash Gordon
32.Krofft Supershow
33. Dynomut
34. Godzilla
I know I’ve missed a few but that’s what I can remember off the top of my head. They would also combine an old and maybe a new show to give you an hour of something. I remember Tarzan and Batman being combined into an hour show and later the Lone Ranger was added as well. Space Ghost was added to others as well as the Herculoids.
I remember they would show snippets of the cartoons on specials that ran the Friday before the new season aired.
If you collected comics during the seventies they would run adds in them for Saturday mornings as well.
Saturdays were also never complete without adding American Band Stand and Soul Train to the mix just after the toons went off.
Saturday mornings were for kids and I sure have a lot of great memories.
