Or maybe who can’t even manage to keep their pants up, or barely putting on clothing to go shopping?


I think we need to face the facts that this society hit the skids a while back when it comes to just knowing how to put clothes on, when to where what, much less how to actually act around other people in society. It all comes together nicely in an overall meltdown of society. That’s the society we now live in.
