A lot of people have said it already but wanted to echo it. You have described Northwest Arkansas perfectly. Bentonville has gotten pricey on the housing front but for a family in your life stage there are some great affordable areas all around. Centerton is basically all the benefits of Bentonville without the price per Sqft. Other “towns” I would explore that still fit in the big public school systems.

Farmington/West Fayetteville
Those 4 will give you the best bang for your buck on space while still being within 30 minutes to all parts of NW Arkansas.
